Sales Engineer – FESTO

Requirements and qualifications:

• University degree in Automation Technology (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics)
• Strong sales and/or marketing experience in industrial automation (minimum 3 years)
• Excellent technical background and a good knowledge of the market and industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Driving license B category

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Sales responsibility for the industrial automation for the assigned customers and branches, achievement of sales plans and turnover targets
• Independent analysis and processing of the relevant market, including strategic risk analysis and identification and development of new market opportunities
• Organization and implementation of presentations of products and services from the company’s portfolio
• Creation, communication and execution of a sales/growth and definition of an action plan for each assigned customer and key product lines
• Independent implementation of business acquisitions, as appropriate, in cooperation with the other team members
• Actively participate in the preparation of the technical aspects of the offers

• Developed sales, negotiation and presentation skills
• Customer and result oriented
• Willingness to travel
